Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products (honey and honey-based consumables), we do not accept returns or refunds for opened, used, or tampered products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original condition and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns/refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged (including broken glass jars)

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a quality issue identified upon delivery

Please note that returns must be approved before sending the product back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used honey products

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

  • Perishable goods (including all honey and honey-based consumables once opened)

  • Personal care products (if opened or used)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your product is eligible for return (damaged or incorrect), we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, based on the situation.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However, due to the consumable nature of our products, this applies only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and sealed

  • It remains in its original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
