FAQ

1. What makes BeeBloom honey different?

BeeBloom honey is sourced responsibly from trusted beekeepers and bottled in its pure form. We do not add sugar, syrups, flavouring agents, or preservatives, and we avoid heavy processing to retain the honey’s natural character.

2. Is BeeBloom honey raw?

Yes. Our raw honey is unheated and minimally processed. This helps preserve its natural enzymes, flavour profile, and nutritional properties.

3. What is Stingless Bee Honey?

Stingless Bee Honey, in someplace's known as Melipona Honey, is produced by stingless bees belonging to the Tetragonula bee species and is much rarer than regular honey. It has a naturally thinner consistency and a tangy taste, which are natural characteristics of this honey.

4. Why is Stingless Bee Honey more expensive?

Stingless bees produce honey in very small quantities compared to regular honeybees. Harvesting is limited, slow, and seasonal, making stingless bee honey rare and valuable.

5. Does your honey contain added sugar or syrup?

No. BeeBloom honey contains only honey. We do not add sugar, glucose, corn syrup, or any artificial ingredients.

6. Does honey crystallize? Is that normal?

Yes. Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of pure honey. It does not mean the honey is spoiled or adulterated. You can gently warm the jar in lukewarm water to return it to a liquid state.

7. Why does Stingless Bee Honey taste tangy?

Stingless bee honey naturally has higher moisture and organic acid content, which gives it a mildly tangy, slightly fermented taste. This is normal and expected.

8. Can children consume BeeBloom honey?

Honey should not be given to infants below 1 year of age. For older children, honey can be consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

9. How should I store honey?

Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, as refrigeration can accelerate crystallization.

10. Does honey expire?

Honey has a very long shelf life when stored properly. Over time, changes in colour, texture, or crystallization are natural and do not affect safety or quality.

11. Is BeeBloom honey tested?

Our honey undergoes standard quality and safety checks as per food regulations. We focus on sourcing, handling, and bottling practices that maintain purity and authenticity.
